What time is check-in?

Standard check-in is from 3:00 PM. Early check-in is available for £15, subject to availability.

What time is check-out?

Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Can I arrange late check-out?

Yes, late check-out can be arranged with the reception team for £10 per hour, subject to availability.

Rooms & Accessibility

Are accessible rooms available?

All rooms are accessible via lift. While we don’t have fully accessible rooms, two rooms feature walk-in showers to assist with mobility needs.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?

Cribs are available for guests who require them.

Are connecting rooms available?

Yes, the hotel has four pairs of connecting rooms.

What is the minimum age required to check in?

Guests must be 18 or older to check in.

Pets

Is Portrush Atlantic dog friendly?

Yes. Portrush is made for four-legged company – long stretches of West Strand on the doorstep and coastal paths in every direction – so we’re glad to have your dog along for the stay.

Where in the hotel can my dog go?

Dogs are welcome in your guestroom and in the lower-level bar area at Another Round. They’re not able to join you in the restaurant or the raised bar area.

Can my dog come to Another Round?

Yes – in the lower-level bar area only. The restaurant and the raised bar area are kept dog-free, so settle in downstairs and we’ll look after you both.

Do you have a dog-friendly package?

We do. Paws at Portrush Atlantic brings the dog along for your stay, with a bed and bowls waiting in the room.

With the Paws at Portrush Atlantic package, a dog bed and bowls are ready in your room on arrival.

Is there a charge for bringing my dog?

Yes – there’s a £15 per night supplement for your dog.

Are assistance dogs welcome?

Always. Assistance and guide dogs are welcome throughout the hotel.

Parking & Transportation

Is parking available?

Yes, we have an on-site car park with 15 spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Are electric car chargers available?

The hotel does not have electric car chargers on site, but there are chargers nearby at Landsdowne, just 100 metres from the hotel.

Can you arrange airport transfers?

While we do not provide transfers directly, our team can assist with taxi contacts and arranging transport.

Business & Event Facilities

Is there a business centre?

No, however we offer two conference rooms suitable for boardroom setups or presentations, as well as a larger function space – the Antrim Suite – for larger events.

Do you offer printing, faxing, or copying services?

No, these services are not available at the hotel.

Golf Amenities

Do you offer golf bag storage?

Yes, golf bag storage is available for guests.
